In recent decades, droughts have become more frequent and severe due to global warming, the amount of water in dams reservoirs has decreased many regions. To alleviate shortage problem, we modeled allocation achieve optimal combination electricity. A multi-objective optimization model for was developed. grid method used rasterize calculate reservoir capacity dams. The improve distribution schemes five states based on collection electricity consumption data from years. time transport power generation, as well supplied, is minimized while meeting supply demand providing surplus Mexico. next step, game theory solve conflict problem allocating among four uses transform into a utility non-transferable model. Considering differences use by state, were typed three categories: hydro, industrial non-industrial states. Different weights assigned types different states, taking account importance attached results obtained.
